Pride in North Cumbria is a group for young people who identify as being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender or Questioning their sexuality. the group is open to young people between the ages of 13-25. They meet twice weekly in a City centre location.
The group provides a safe supportive environment for young people to meet up socialise and provide opportunities in personal development.

The Scout Association provides adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for young people aged 6-25yrs old but most of all it provides fun!
Scouting in Cumbria is thriving more than ever, with leaders offering young people a variety of experiences from outdoor activities such as climbing and canoeing, to travel opportunities both in this country and abroad and the chance to get positively involved, working with their local community.
